Following on from the great success of our first meeting in January we are inviting you attend our second networking event! This network provides a platform for self-employed women and non binary folk within the LGBTQ+ community to connect, collaborate, and empower each other. The goal is to create a space for attendees to discuss challenges unique to self-employment within the LGBTQ+ community, share valuable resources and learn from experts who can support them on their journey.

Who is this event for?

Self-employed women and non binary people who identify as LGBTQ+ seeking a supportive network to enhance professional growth, share experiences, and build valuable connections. You do not have to be self-employed at present to come along. If it is an area of interest and something you are hoping to do in the future you are also more than welcome to join us.

Open to adults aged 18+.

Where and when will this event be held?

We will meet in Outhouse at 105 Capel Street, Rotunda, Dublin 1, D01 R290 upstairs in the Red Room. It will take place on Saturday February 10th from 12.15pm to 1.15pm.

There is no cost to attend but if you are in a position to do so please contribute a small fee towards the room hire in Outhouse when registering.

What are the long term goals of the Network?

Monthly gatherings which focus on different topics based on feedback received from attendees will be arranged. Events will provide a structured networking platform for participants to share insights, skills, and business expertise, as well as bringing in experts to share their knowledge with the Network. A few examples of topics could be business development, personal branding, public speaking and strategies for navigating self-employment, to name but a few.

This is not just an event; it’s a celebration of diversity, resilience, and the entrepreneurial spirit within the LGBTQ+ community. Join us for an enriching experience that goes beyond traditional networking, creating a space where we can thrive together.
