Join as many workshops and classes as you like throughout the day at our Health Hub for LGBTQ+ women and Non Binary people! We have a full day of events lined up for people who are interested in engaging in activities that can support their wellbeing!

Where: Outhouse LGBTQ+ Centre, 105 Capel Street, Dublin 01, D01 R290

Events related to mental wellbeing will be run upstairs in Outhouse, while classes related to physical wellbeing will take place in the Theatre downstairs. Events will be running concurrently so you will not be able to attend all of them.

3pm – Breathwork Class with Michelle Mulvaney
