Tell me more about the venue and locality?
Nestled in nature’s embrace, our retreat offers a fusion of experiences and holistic well-being.
We have our own private room for yoga in a beautiful quiet space near the lake.
The sauna has a view overlooking the lake and the water only a stones throw away. The 55-minute sauna session provides the perfect balance of hot and cold therapy, giving you ample time to experience the full benefits.
To add to your sauna experience they offer sauna hats for use during your sessions which help regulate your body’s temperature by protecting your head and hair from intense heat offering a more comfortable experience and maintaining optimal body temperature, allowing you to extend your sauna session for greater relaxation and benefits.
They also offer essential oils which can amplify the relaxing effects of the heat by promoting mental clarity, reducing stress, and improving mood through their soothing aromas, creating a more rejuvenating and holistic sauna experience.
We can use the yoga space as our changing space. They also have toilets and access to drinking water.
Connect with nature as you unwind in this peaceful outdoor space, offering the perfect balance of relaxation, recovery, and rejuvenation.
